Since our pets have shorter lifespans, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. We offer a wide range of veterinary services to keep your companions feeling their best.

Emergency Services:  We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for emergencies and critical care. Doctor(s) are always on duty to help with any problem.

 

Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services:  Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.  

 

Laboratory: Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for complete blood counts (CBCs), blood typing, serum chemistry profiles, blood gases, urinalysis, viral and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultation.
      
Surgical Services:  Our modern surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures.
 

Dentistry: Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, state of the art digital X-rays, tooth extractions, gum and other oral surgery.
 
Anesthesia:  We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during anesthetic procedures.
    

Radiology Services:  Our state of the art digital general and dental X-ray equipment provide high quality radiographs to aid in the quick diagnosis of many disorders. Review by board-certified radiologists is available 24/7 within 30 minutes, when necessary.  

 

Ultrasound:  In-hospital ultrasound by hospital staff or board certified cardiologists and radiologists allows detailed evaluation of internal organs.

 

Endoscopy:  Scopes of various sizes allow direct visualization inside nasal passages, the trachea (windpipe), the esophagus and stomach, furnishing diagnostic information no other method can provide.
   
Electrocardiography Services:  We provide ECG services on-site as well as consultations with cardiology specialists.
   
Pharmacy: We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. We also carry a full line of prescription diets. Don't believe what you see on TV, we beat most internet prices.

 

Blood Bank: Our hospital maintains a supply of blood products for our patients in need.      


Permanent pet identification: We offer tattooing and microchip identification.  
   
Referral Services: We offer in-hospital referrals to numerous local board-certified specialists when needed.

Individualized Flea, Tick, and Internal Parasite Control Programs:  We develop programs for the specific needs of your pet and your own particular environmental situation. We will review with you the best ways to prevent exposure of your pet to parasites as well as how control fleas in your house, in your yard and on your pet.

Dietary Counseling:  We will provide guidance regarding your pet's nutritional needs for each life stage, including dietary requirements for growth, weight maintenance and performance.

Behavioral Counseling:  We can provide advice regarding the correction of problems such as excessive barking, chewing, spraying, scratching, digging, house soiling and aggression.

Boarding:  We provide pet boarding as a service to our clients. All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday through Sunday. Weekends and nights require advanced approval for pickup because of emergency caseload.

 

Bathing:  Routine and therapeutic bathing services are available.
